LeaderPort Chesapeake is a youth leadership learning laboratory and resources portal serving the Maryland, Delaware and Virginia region. We offer in-house leadership and character development programs for young adults in their high school years, as well as provide topic specific leadership seminars to civic, church and other community organizations throughout the area. We are also a comprehensive information source and portal to other regional leadership programs oriented to middle and high school age students. Our mission focus is simple, to enable our young men and women to be more successful in achieving their personal goals and aspirations, and as future leaders of our businesses and communities, to educate and empower them to be more relevant in making a positive difference in our world.
